Shipping timelines

Direct orders are printed to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.

Regional shipping windows and carrier details will be confirmed on this page before launch.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your journal arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, please email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns

Because our journals are printed to order, we're unable to accept returns of undamaged books. If you're unhappy with a purchase, please get in touch. We always want to help.

Orders placed on Amazon or Etsy follow those platforms' shipping and returns policies.
